Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items purchased will no longer be refundable at the end of the set days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, not used, with the tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@piedifollishoes.com .. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are sent to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will not be borne by Folk Feet.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
Refunds
We will inform you as soon as we receive and check your return and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card may take some time to process the refund.
