Size or item

Piedi Folli offers its customers the possibility to make an exchange of size or model under the conditions indicated below:

• The first exchange of size, color, or model is free, except if the item is on sale: in that case, the shipping costs (both return and sending the new item) are borne by the customer. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Subsequent exchanges for the same order are possible, but the shipping costs (both return and sending the new item) will be borne by the customer.

Requirements for the exchange:

• The item to be exchanged must be intact, unused, with original tags and intact packaging.

• It must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice.

• The exchange is subject to stock availability.

How to request an exchange:

1. Send a request by e-mail to:
   📧 piedifollisrl@gmail.com, indicating:

   • order number,

   • item to be replaced,

   • reason for the exchange,

   • requested size/model.

2. You will receive instructions for the exchange.

Alternative: right of withdrawal or discount voucher

As an alternative to the exchange, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided within 14 days of receiving the order.

• The shipping costs of €14.00 (both return and sending the new item) will be borne by the customer.

Once the item is returned, the Customer may choose between the following options:

• Full refund of the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs), credited to the payment method used for the purchase;
  or

• Discount voucher of the same value to be used for a new order on piedifollishoes.com. The voucher:

  • will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue;

  • can be used in a single transaction;

  • is not combinable with other ongoing promotions, unless otherwise indicated.

The Customer may indicate their preference (refund or voucher) at the time of the return request.
